The Oaks Grille in Ramona is looking to fill a line cook position in fast paced kitchen.  We are looking for dependable individuals to contribute to the growth, stability, and consistency of our food offerings.  Requires a minimum of 2 years of previous cooking experience in restaurant setting.  Ability to use common kitchen instruments and equipment required.   Must be flexible, includes weekends and holidays.  Benefits offered.

Part Time Housekeeping | Janitorial

Part-time Housekeeper/Janitor needed for busy hotel.  Job includes the cleaning of hotel rooms, as well as clubhouse and off-site facilities.  Must be able to lift 50 lbs.  A valid CA driver's license is required with clean DMV record.  Must be available to work weekends and some Holidays.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Part Time Dishwasher | Prep Cook

Part-time position available to ensure the highest quality of safety and sanitation by washing dishes and cleaning kitchen and kitchen equipment following kitchen procedures and Health Department standards.  Assist cooks in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making salads and putting together entrees.  Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Full Time Sous Chef

San Diego Country Estates Association is seeking a creative, talented and passionate Sous Chef to join and lead our PM team at the Par Lounge and Oaks Grille. The Sous Chef will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all activities of the PM culinary production team, preparation and execution of menu items and delivering high quality food and financial profitability.

Working with the Executive Chef in creating and implementing new menu items based on current food trends and guest demands. They are to ensure all food products are of the highest quality and ready to serve in a timely manner. Responsible for kitchen food ordering, production, sanitation, holding and storage. Additional responsibilities include selection, training, scheduling of our team members.

Hourly On-Call Patrol

The Community Relations Department is seeking to fill an hourly Patrol position to work nights, weekends and graveyard shifts.  Position will be under 20 hours per week.  Candidate must have a flexible schedule.  Must be at least 21 years of age, and have a valid CA driver license with a clean DMV record for the past 3 years.
