Do something Healthy and Fun! Our Recreation Center encourages you to find a class or a group from a wide range of options offered right here, in the Estates.  Get fit!

Alignment-based Yoga

In the style of BKS Iyengar, classes use prop work to help students achieve proper alignment and maximum benefit from poses. We focus on building a connection between the mind, body, and the heart as we work on bringing strength, stability, balance, and flexibility into our asana practice and our lives. All ages/levels.  Kid’s classes are available too!

All ages/levels. Wednesdays at 6:30 pm, Saturdays at 9:00 am.  One hour per class. Cost: $12 per class or $40/month for unlimited classes. Held in annex trailer behind Recreation Center.  Register with Joanna 858-668-6170
FREE YOGA CLASS FOR SENIORS! Saturday mornings from 8-9 am. Venture out and give it a try!

PiYo Live 

A mat-based formatted class designed for people who like to sweat and burn calories!  Inspired by Yoga and Pilates using focus, flow and fusion-style movements, as it incorporates dynamic balance, strength, flexibility and functional training in a rhythmic style.  Suitable for all levels. 

Thursdays 7 pm | $7 per class.  Classes held in the Annex Trailer.  Contact Dale Hill 760-799-4416

Walking Group 

“Ramona Moms on a Mission” get fit together!  This is a stroller-friendly walking group for those that have little ones.  We can also incorporate other exercises to help get into shape. “Like” our Facebook page:  “Ramona Moms on a Mission” so you can stay in the loop. This is where we will post any changes due to weather or other unforeseen events.  Contact Teri Knowles @


If you are retired and interested in walking, please call the Recreation Center at 760-789-4146.  We are hoping to start a new walking group!  Let us know which days work for you and how often you would like to meet up.
