Pool Area Renovations
Renovations are scheduled prior to the summer season 2023. At the Clubhouse Pool, the interior of the pool, spa and baby pool will be fiberglass. The deck will be repaired and coated with epoxy. A new ADA chair lift will be installed. The chlorinators and pool heater will be replaced. At Ramona Oaks Pool, the deck will be repaired and epoxy-coated.
STATUS
The Clubhouse Pool project was completed in December 2023. Actual cost = $285,000.

Kitchen Renovations to Floors and Dishwasher Station
This project entails moving all equipment from the kitchen, removing sections of the existing concrete floor, and replacing so the floor slopes towards the drain on the floor. At the dishwasher station, replace walls and equipment.

This project is complete - on time and on budget.
