Welcome to the San Diego Country Estates Association 2026 Election information page.


Each year, SDCEA members have the important opportunity to participate in the governance of our community by electing representatives to the Board of Directors. In April 2026, homeowners will vote to fill three open Board positions, two for a one-year term and one for a two-year term.


This page provides general information and updates as the 2026 election process progresses, helping homeowners stay informed, follow along, and most important, vote for their preferred candidates. We encourage every member to participate and make their voice count in this year’s election.


Election Updates

SDCE Association is now accepting nominations, one-page résumés, and 300-word statements for three open Board positions in the April 2026 election—two for a one-year term and one for a two-year term.


Candidates must submit all required materials by Friday, January 9, 2026, at 3 pm to be included on the official ballot. Materials can be sent electronically to execsec@sdcea.net or can be dropped off at the Administration Office, Monday – Friday from 8 am – 4:30 pm.


Eligible members may be contacted by the Nominating Committee, and all questions can be directed to the Administration Office during business hours. The Association reminds candidates that they are solely responsible for the content of their 300-word statement, which will be mailed to all members.
