  • Full Time Human Resources Generalist/Accounting Support Professional

    San Diego Country Estates Association is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Generalist / Accounting Support Professional to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting key HR functions including benefits administration, payroll processing, safety compliance, and employee relations, while also assisting with essential accounting operations such as preparing journal entries, financial reporting, and budget assistance.   The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, a minimum 2 years’ experience in human resources as well as a minimum of 5 years’ accounting experience. Salary range:  $70,000-$90,000.
