Part-Time Accounting Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable part-time Accounting Assistant to join our Accounting and Administration team. In this role, you will perform daily financial audits, process journal entries and deposits, assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, reconcile financial records, and support month-end and year-end accounting activities. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of accounting experience in both AP and AR, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel and Word, and possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Seasonal Patrol
The SDCEA Community Relations Department is seeking a Seasonal Patrol team member for evening and night shifts, working approximately 24–40 hours per week. This position is responsible for patrolling common areas, observing and reporting incidents such as fire, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry, as well as locking and unlocking facilities. Additional duties include assisting with community events, directing traffic, and supporting the hotel front desk as needed. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record for the past three years. Previous patrol or security experience is desirable but not required. A background check is required. Join our team and help maintain a safe and welcoming community. This position offers an hourly rate of $16.90.
