Learn more about the Election Candidates

Over forty members attended the 2024 Board of Directors Meet the Candidates Night event last month. General Manager Darren Shaw served as moderator, and Executive Assistant Nim Miranda was the timekeeper to ensure the candidates spoke within the allotted time.

The meeting agenda was structured to facilitate member familiarity with the candidates. Each candidate offered a brief introduction, followed by an Association-focused question and answer session consisting of seven questions, concentrating on the community operation of San Diego Country Estates. Each candidate was selected to be first to answer the question, followed by the balance, and a random draw was used to select the candidate to answer the seventh question first. Each candidate then offered a brief conclusion.
