Community Relations 2024 Year in Review

Josh Jones, Assistant General Manager • January 29, 2025

A look back at 2024 reveals significant accomplishments in Community Relations, setting the stage for continued success in 2025.

2024 saw a record number of notices for trash cans and dumpsters, with 1,070 new records opened! What this number represents for us is how we are balancing the two objectives of conformance notices: routine inspections and property reviews. Routine inspections ensure that we are covering ground to put eyes on every corner of the Association, while property reviews provide a higher-level assessment of standards and research into a property’s history.

On average, each conformance notice equals 2 ½ inspections. That means CRD conducted nearly 6,000 inspections in 2024! We are a large community, and the dedicated team at Community Relations puts in the hours and miles to uphold the standards of the governing documents.
