Dreamcatcher Women’s Member-Guest Celebrates Two Days of Golf, Competition, and Camaraderie

San Vicente Resort hosted its 2026 Dreamcatcher Member-Guest & Invitational on October 19–20, welcoming golfers for two days of friendly competition, special events, and camaraderie. The tournament featured an Individual Eclectic format, allowing players to use their best scores from either day to create a combined team score.

Players competed in three flights: Arrow, Bear, and Coyote, with multiple gross and net winners recognized in each division. Taking home the Overall Net Championship were Kris Jolly and Victoria Reed with an impressive score of 16-under-par.

In the Arrow Flight, Cathy Knowles and Deb Finlon earned first place gross, while Robin Brainard and Lily Boyd claimed first place net. Toni Massey and Debbie Hoffman took first place gross in the Bear Flight, with Kathleen Kankelberg and Joyce Whitehead winning first place net. In the Coyote Flight, Carrie Campbell-Wood and Debbie Clauson captured first place gross, while Tracie Krosky and Diane Swarberg earned first place net.

The festivities extended beyond the tournament rounds with a Cross Country Derby, taco bar and cocktails, an awards luncheon, and prize drawings. The Derby featured three flights, with Corinne Hill and Mary Jo Lollis, Toni Massey and Debbie Hoffman, and Carrie Campbell-Wood and Debbie Clauson taking first place in the Arrow, Bear, and Coyote flights, respectively.

Additional excitement came from the Closest to the Pin competition on hole No. 12, held both days, giving teams another opportunity to compete for prizes. Participants also enjoyed a 50/50 raffle, with proceeds benefiting the Ramona High School girls' and boys' golf teams.



With $2,940 awarded across the tournament's overall and flight competitions, the Dreamcatcher delivered a memorable two days celebrating women's golf, sportsmanship, and the friendships that make member-guest events so special.
