Recognizing Our Employee: Restaurant Hostess Avery Clowers

Avery Clowers shines as the Employee of the Month for March! Serving as a hostess in the Par Lounge and Oaks Grille, she makes guests feel welcome, cared for and valued. Her manager, Colleen Doulgeropoulos, says, “She is pleasant, on time for her shifts and acts in a very professional manner for every shift she works. She follows through and completes all side work tasks.” Avery recently took on the duty of handling to-go phone orders and did so with ease, showcasing her organizational skills and effective communication abilities.

Avery’s work ethic is apparent in all she does. A high-school senior, she has a soaring GPA of 4.17! She also plays on the Varsity Tennis and Softball teams and still finds time to support her brother at his motorcycle competitions.

Avery says she enjoys working here because she loves the people she is surrounded by and works with, as well as the proximity to home. Her positive attitude, dedication, and contributions enhance our team and the experience for our guests. Join us in congratulating Avery on her well-deserved recognition as Employee of the Month!
