Kimberly Diaz – April’s Employee of the Month

Rea Stowell • April 11, 2024

Housekeeping team member Kimberly Diaz is awarded Employee of the Month for April. Congratulations, Kimberly!

At SDCEA, we believe in recognizing excellence and celebrating the hard work and dedication of our team members. This month, we're thrilled to shine the spotlight on Kimberly Diaz, a valued member of our Housekeeping Team, who has been selected as our Employee of the Month.

Kimberly joined the housekeeping team in October 2023. In her position, she is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our lodge and other offsite facilities. Her attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service are what make her stand out. Manager Mary Ellen Stevens says, "Kimberly has a can-do attitude. Everything she is asked to do, she does with a positive and friendly attitude. She works hard every day cleaning our guestrooms and has the greatest smile!" Recently, she went above and beyond to help assemble new patio furniture in the guestrooms.

Since being hired, she has felt a warm and genuine welcome from colleagues and guests alike. When she's not hard at work ensuring the facilities are in top-notch condition, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and attending Pow-Wows.

Thank you, Kimberly, for your hard work, positivity, and commitment to excellence. You are an outstanding example of what makes SDCEA such a special place to work.
