Tim Breidenstein: August’s Employee of the Month

Tiffany Pressler • August 13, 2025

At the San Diego Country Estates Association, we are fortunate to have a team full of hardworking, dedicated individuals. This month, we are proud to spotlight someone who exemplifies what it means to go above and beyond. Congratulations to our Employee of the Month for August, Tim Breidenstein, a team player both on and off the golf course.

Tim Breidenstein was hired on October 6, 2023, and he works in the golf department as an outside services employee.

Just like a golf swing, he brings precision, patience, and consistency to every task. Whether he is staging golf carts, picking up range balls, or cleaning carts, he works hard every shift and has a great attitude. He goes the extra mile every day to ensure that members and guests enjoy their time on the course.

His passion for golf is reflected in his work as he is focused, driven, and always aiming for the green. One of the projects he has excelled in is maintaining the cart fleet and driving range.

He enjoys spending time on the golf course and values the camaraderie of his team. When he is off the clock, Breidenstein likes to go off-roading in his Bronco.

We’re grateful for the dedication, grace, and good humor Breidenstein brings to the SDCE each day. Congratulations, Tim Breidenstein, and thank you for your incredible contribution.
