Chloe Coblentz-January’s Employee of the Month

Tiffany Pressler • January 7, 2026

Meet January’s Employee of the Month, Chloe Coblentz, whose positive attitude, strong work ethic, and leadership make her an invaluable part of the SDCEA team.

SDCEA is excited to kick off the New Year by recognizing Chloe Coblentz as our January Employee of the Month.

Chloe has been a valued member of the snack bar team since January 30, 2024, serving as a snack bar attendant. In addition to preparing and serving food and beverages, she has taken on added responsibilities by assisting with daily operations, including inventory management, ordering, and staff scheduling.

Chloe was selected for this honor because of her consistently positive attitude and strong work ethic. She is always happy to be at work, goes above and beyond her job duties, and seamlessly stepped into a lead role for an extended period, demonstrating professionalism and reliability.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys music and art. At the San Diego Country Estates Association, she especially values the supportive team environment and the opportunity to grow while taking on new challenges.

As we welcome the new year, we are grateful for employees like Chloe who set a positive tone and help make the SDCEA a great place to work and gather. Congratulations, Chloe, and thank you for all that you do.
