Colton Snyder: November’s Employee of the Month

Tiffany Pressler • November 19, 2025

The San Diego Country Estates is proud to recognize our November Employee of the Month, Colton Snyder, who is our dedicated equestrian maintenance lead. Known for his hard work, reliability, and commitment to keeping the equestrian facilities in top condition, he ensures that riders and horses alike enjoy a safe, well-maintained environment every day. His attention to detail and steady leadership help the equestrian center run seamlessly, rain or shine.

Colton Snyder was hired on November 3, 2023. According to Equestrian Supervisor Marissa Travis, Colton ensures that all equestrian facilities are properly maintained, the arenas are groomed, and the grounds remain beautiful. He works closely with management to ensure projects are completed to a high standard. His attention to detail and dedication help keep our equestrian spaces in top condition for everyone to enjoy.

Travis says Colton was chosen for this honor because he is a true self-starter who takes great pride in his work. Despite the equestrian department being short-staffed for some time, he has shown outstanding dedication and reliability. He works well with everyone, brings a positive attitude to the team, and is always happy to lend a helping hand.

Travis says that one area where Colton truly stands out is in maintaining and grooming the arenas. His skill and commitment make our arenas some of the best-looking around.

What makes working at the SDCE meaningful to Colton is the people he works with and the fact that no two days are ever the same. Every day brings something new and rewarding. When he’s not at work, Colton enjoys spending time with his family, working with horses, riding bulls, and going to the gym.

We extend our sincere appreciation for Colton’s leadership and commitment to maintaining the highest standards. Congratulations, Colton, and thank you for your tireless efforts to keep our equestrian facilities in top-notch condition.
