Horsefeathers December 2025: Rain, Readiness, and Community Strength

Marissa Travis, Equestrian Supervisor • December 10, 2025

Thank you for your patience and teamwork during our first major rainstorm of the year. Your cooperation helped keep our facilities running smoothly and our community strong.

Our first major rainstorm brought heavy rainfall, but our facilities held up well. Thank you for your patience during preparations, arena closures, and while we dragged and reopened the rings. Your cooperation ensured safety and smooth operations.

Our new road base leading to the compost/dump area and the infield was a tremendous improvement and held up beautifully through the weather.

We have also welcomed several new haul-in annual pass holders to our equestrian community. If you see a new face around, please take a moment to say hello and introduce yourself and your horse. A warm welcome goes a long way in helping everyone feel at home.

Looking ahead, we have some exciting events planned for the New Year and hope many of our boarders and trainers will join in and show their support. We look forward to continuing to introduce new activities and bringing even more life and energy to our equestrian centers in the coming year.
