Horsefeathers May 2025

Lisa Everett, Director of Operations • May 1, 2025

May brought exciting progress at the Equestrian Centers, including the promotion of Marissa Travis to Equestrian Supervisor, essential tree trimming, the installation of a new well tank, and ongoing mowing and weeding.

  • Marissa Travis was promoted to Equestrian Supervisor and will now oversee day-to-day operations.

  • We completed tree trimming at both the IEC and CTWC to clear barns, promote tree health, and improve safety for the horses — all roof limbs were removed for fire prevention.

  • A new well tank was installed at the IEC, replacing the old one that had reached the end of its useful life and was leaking.

  • As we move through the mowing and weeding season, we are working hard to keep up with growth.
