Juan Sanabria-Rosas: December’s Employee of the Month

Tiffany Pressler • December 17, 2025

This month, Juan Sanabria-Rosas truly shines as a holiday star, and we are delighted to recognize him as our Employee of the Month for December 2025.

Juan has been a valued member of the Golf Course Maintenance Team since June 3, 2019, and this year, he stepped into the role of Irrigation Specialist. In this position, Juan is responsible for monitoring turf conditions across the golf course, applying irrigation as needed, and maintaining, adjusting, and repairing the irrigation system to ensure optimal playing conditions.

Juan was selected for recognition for the tremendous effort he has put into learning every aspect of the golf course irrigation system. Since moving into this role, he has demonstrated dedication, initiative, and a strong commitment to mastering the technical demands of irrigation management.

One project where Juan truly excelled was the installation and grow-in of the seven newly renovated collars completed in July. His involvement and attention to detail played an important role in the success of this project and the continued improvement of the golf course.

What Juan enjoys most about working at SDCEA is being outdoors on the golf course and having the opportunity to continuously improve conditions for our members and guests. His pride in his work and commitment to excellence are evident every day.

In the spirit of the season, please join us in congratulating Juan Sanabria-Rosas on this well-deserved recognition and thanking him for his hard work and dedication.
