Kaleb Carlisle, a dedicated busser in the Food & Beverage Department, is recognized for his exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, and team spirit.

As summer is in full swing, the San Diego Country Estates Association is proud to recognize one of our own who truly makes a difference. This July, we are celebrating Kaleb Carlisle, whose dedication, teamwork, and outstanding performance set a high standard across the community. Whether it’s a busy shift or a small moment of extra care, Kaleb consistently goes the extra mile—and we are lucky to have him on our team.

Kaleb joined the SDCEA on July 3, 2024, and works in the Food and Beverage Department as a busser. His responsibilities include keeping tables and chairs clean and clearing tables to help maintain a tidy, organized dining experience for guests. Bussers play a vital role in creating an efficient and welcoming environment at our facilities.

According to his lead, Colleen Doulgeropoulos, Kaleb was chosen as Employee of the Month because of his positive attitude and unwavering dependability. “He shows up on time, does his job 100 percent of the time, and is always willing to help his fellow employees with any task,” she said.

Outside of work, Kaleb enjoys reading, playing guitar, and watching movies. He says the best part about working at the SDCEA is the people. “I have a lot of great co-workers,” he shared.

Thank you, Kaleb, for your dedication, and congratulations on being named SDCEA’s Employee of the Month for July!
