Project Updates: Community Improvements in Progress

June 21, 2025

Several key maintenance projects—including ADA upgrades, pool repairs, plumbing fixes, and a major roof replacement—are progressing as our community heads into the summer season. A summary of the latest updates on facilities and infrastructure improvements is outlined.

ADA Lift Installation

The new ADA-compliant lift has been successfully installed and tested. We've reached out to the county to schedule the final site inspection. Once approved, the lift will be officially ready for use, improving accessibility for all members of our community.

Summer Season Pool Repairs

As temperatures rise, our pool facilities are in full swing—and so is our commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for all residents.

  • ROP Pool Heater: The heater has been repaired, resulting in only one day of downtime. A full replacement is scheduled for the end of the season to minimize disruptions to summer usage.
  • Main Pool Chemical Pumps: We've replaced chemical pumps at the main pool following equipment failure, ensuring continued water quality and safety.
  • Clubhouse Jacuzzi Pump: The pump has reached the end of its service life and will be replaced within the next 30 days. We anticipate little to no disruption in jacuzzi service during this process.
  • Monitoring Systems: We've replaced several probes and other components of our water monitoring systems. As pool use increases, these systems are thoroughly tested, and we are prepared to respond quickly to any issues. We maintain a stock of parts and tools to reduce repair times and minimize inconvenience.
  • Water Quality: Our staff tests pool chemistry multiple times daily to maintain the highest water quality standards and create the best possible swimming environment.

Clubhouse Plumbing Vents

Work on the plumbing system in the men's restroom is complete, and the wall will be closed shortly. Additionally, vent pipe issues traced to the Administration Office are being addressed, with repair work scheduled to begin on June 19 to replace the affected pipes.

Clubhouse Roof Replacement

Planning meetings are underway with the roofing vendor and management team as this large, three-month project commences. The clubhouse will have all 260 solar panels removed and safely stored while new shingles are installed.

Thank you for your continued support as we enhance and maintain our community facilities. We'll keep you updated as these projects progress and new ones begin.
