San Vicente Resort offers rotating summer menus, an Americana themed July special, and more as they serve the community.

San Vicente Resort is unveiling an expanded summer food and beverage program designed to enhance both guest experience and community connection at San Diego Country Estates.

At the center of the update is a new rotating weekly menu at the Par Lounge, paired with convenient poolside ordering and a stronger focus on community-driven events.

Guests can now enjoy featured daily specials throughout the week:

  • Tuesday: Carne Asada Tacos – $10
  • Wednesday: Mushroom Blue Burger – $14 single / $18 double
  • Thursday: Taco Salad – $18
  • Friday: Cheesesteak – $10

In July, the resort will honor America’s 250th anniversary with a special themed offering. Front of House Manager Chuck Kast says guests can look forward to a patriotic value meal featuring a hamburger, fries, and beer for $17.76, available as a Tuesday through Friday lunch special.

To improve service and accessibility, San Vicente Resort is introducing a new digital ordering system for the pool deck. Guests will be able to scan a QR code, place their order from the San Vicente Pool area, and then walk up to pick up their meals from the Par Lounge.

Online ordering will be available Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with the resort noting that no alcohol is permitted in the pool area.

Chef Chris Ostermann says the culinary direction for the summer focuses on “light and fresh” flavors while continuing to build stronger community ties through food.

“We are working on summer flavors, light and fresh,” Ostermann said, emphasizing a continued effort to bring the resort’s food offerings into the heart of local events and gatherings.

The resort recently supported a successful Tunnel to Towers golf tournament and fundraising event held at the golf course, which drew more than 150 attendees. The event served as both a memorial and community fundraiser and featured a Mexican-style menu including shredded beef tacos.

San Vicente Resort is also expanding its visibility at local gatherings, including the popular Concerts in the Park at Ramona Oaks, where Chef Ostermann has been actively grilling on-site.

Beyond dining, the resort is launching a Tuesday night entertainment schedule aimed at drawing both residents and guests:

  • First Tuesday: Trivia Night
  • Second Tuesday: Paint and Sip
  • Third Tuesday: Comedy Night

Kast says the goal is to create consistent weekly energy at the resort and encourage more people to gather locally. “Every Tuesday night will be an event to bring in more people,” he said.

With a refreshed menu, improved technology, and a growing slate of community-focused events, San Vicente Resort continues to position itself as a central gathering place for dining, entertainment, and connection within San Diego Country Estates.
