Oaks Grille’s Easter Brunch offers a vibrant, family-friendly buffet with made-to-order stations,

seasonal dishes, and festive touches in a welcoming community atmosphere.

Celebrate Easter in style with a festive brunch experience at Oaks Grille. This year’s Easter Brunch Buffet will take place on Sunday, April 5, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., offering a delicious spread perfect for gathering with family and friends.

Guests can enjoy a variety of freshly prepared favorites, including made-to-order pancakes and omelets, along with a chef’s carving station featuring savory selections. The buffet will also showcase crisp salads, fresh-baked rolls, and an irresistible assortment of desserts and pastries to satisfy every sweet tooth.

Chef Chris Ostermann and Sous Chef Jessica Nelson are curating a vibrant, spring-inspired menu. Highlights include a ham carving station, a seasonal mix of vegetables and fruits, salmon cakes served in small, manageable portions with a complementary sauce, and an array of pastries such as croissants, muffins, cakes, and cookies.

Nelson is especially excited about the celebration spring salad, featuring feta, red onion, strawberries, and blueberries. “We’ll have beautiful, tiered displays with fresh, colorful ingredients,” she says, noting additions like purple, green, and orange cauliflower, along with baby carrots and asparagus to enhance the presentation.

Dessert lovers can look forward to tiered cakes and classic favorites like pecan pie. This year’s brunch will also introduce a strip loin roast to the carving station. “Strip sirloin is a great breakfast steak, it’s flavorful and easy to serve in consistent portions,” says Ostermann.

“We want to appeal to a wide variety of people in our community,” says Ostermann. The team aims to create a welcoming experience for all ages. Omelet and pancake stations will be made to order in front of guests, with kid-friendly options like sprinkles and chocolate chips available.

Front of House Manager Chuck Kast adds that specialty spring cocktails and a 10-station draft beer system will also be offered. “It’s a social event,” says Ostermann. “A lighthearted, family-friendly way to connect with the community and welcome the spring season, you might even spot the Easter Bunny.”

To accommodate guests, brunch will be hosted across three spaces: the Oaks Grille, Par Lounge, and San Vicente Room. Pricing is set at $50 for adults and $15 for children ages 4 to 10, while children under 4 dine free. Ostermann says they are competitively priced.
