Welcome Guests with Special Homeowner Rates at San Vicente Resort Hotel

Mary Ellen Stevens, Hotel Manager • November 26, 2025

Welcome your out-of-town guests with newly renovated rooms, exclusive homeowner rates, and the comfort of a convenient stay right down the road.

As the holidays arrive and the seasons begin to change, many of you may be preparing to welcome friends and family from out of town. If you are expecting guests but do not have the extra space at home, consider inviting them to stay just down the road at the San Vicente Resort, where we offer comfortable, affordable, and newly renovated guest rooms.

Homeowners can take advantage of exclusive discount rates that make hosting easier and more enjoyable. Reserving early ensures your guests have a pleasant place to stay without last-minute stress or higher seasonal pricing. Visitors can enjoy the hotel’s amenities, including our restaurants, golf course, pool, tennis courts, and pickleball.

Whether your guests are joining you for a weekend celebration, a holiday gathering, or a longer visit, these homeowner rates make booking simple. Hosting loved ones is wonderful, but it can also lead to crowded spaces and a busy household. Offering your guests the option to stay nearby lets you enjoy time together during the day while keeping your home peaceful and relaxing in the evenings.

This season, give your out-of-town family and friends the comfort of a nearby stay paired with the warmth of spending quality time together. It is a thoughtful way to make their visit memorable while helping simplify the hosting experience for you.

Homeowner Rates
Sunday through Thursday: $114 per night
Friday, Saturday, and select holidays: $134 per night
