Join us in congratulating Ben Knowd for being awarded Employee of the Month for May.

San Diego Country Estates Association proudly announces Ben Knowd as Employee of the Month for May. Ben, a Snack Bar Attendant, joined the association in May 2023. Since then, he has demonstrated exceptional hospitality and crafted custom experiences for members and guests, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies. He goes the extra mile whenever he assists other departments, a testament to his high regard for service etiquette and his dedication to the association's success.

Ben was selected for his positive attitude and commitment to service excellence, qualities that were evident from his first interview and prior work experience. His supervisor, Nim Miranda, says, “He provides the best and most personable customer service. His personality and commitment to service excellence is why he is Employee of the Month.”

Off-duty, Ben enjoys pickleball, golf, and weekly poker nights with friends. He also graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in meteorology and is currently waiting for his date to join the United States Air Force, where he hopes to further his career as a Weather Officer.

Congratulations, Ben, on this well-deserved recognition for your outstanding contributions to the Snack Bar team and SDCEA.
